SO i received a bunch of tickets when I just bought my car because i dint have front plates(previous owner was looking for it). I Had a total of 11 tickets 7 of which were for this and the other 4 were for registration(all tickets within 2 months in front of my house betwwen the hrs of 1 and 5 AM ). I fixed both issues and requested the 2 docs that are needed to fill out and send back with a check and proof that i have fixed this.
