I was over served alcohol by the managaers approval, Autumn Pletcher. ( Manager ) at the Hooters resturant in Topeka Kansas. The address is 6210 S.W. 10th St. Topeka, KS. 66615. I was devastated by the amount of alcohol that I was allowed to be served. I was taken advantage of by the resturant continuing to serve me drinks and take my money when I was clearly over served and over intoxicated passed the legal limit.
