DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO!! After hearing great things from a friend with a school loan through Wells Fargo, and parents with two mortgages through Wells Fargo, I decided to give it a try. I applied for a loan and was approved on my fair credit but only if I could find a reasonable co-signer. My parents dually applied with me with their great credit and we all got denied.
