After signing up for the free 14 day trial I proceeded to download the software. After messing with the software for several hours I decided the program wasn't for me and went to cancel my account. I searched the binverse website for 30 minutes before I FINALLY found the small blue hypertext link allowing me to cancel my account. I received a gray message box letting me know the process was done and I thought no more about it until my wife asked me two weeks later why we had $175 charged over 2 transactions.
