i ordered dish network in july and i ad to pay processing fee of $59.99 and was told once that was paid i would get a certificate from premier choice for my rewards. the processing fee was paid in august and i called dish several times in august, september and october regarding my certificate that was suppose to come in the mail. each time i spoke to different represetnatative and was informed the information was put in the mail. however when i called premier choice they have not information on my order. i would like someone to respond to my inquiry and i would like the certificate tha i was promised. read full review »
