I ordered Total Cleanse in Jan. never opened it and received another bottle in Feb. Called to cancel and sent it back. They were very nice and I sent the bottle back, but have not received a refund in any form. I have probably called at least twenty more time. In July they said I called and changed my address, not true. Sept. 4 a supervisor said a check would be in the mail 7 to 10 days. This was a rare case according to them.
