I bought a mobile phone 2 month ago the mobile brand is nokia n86 8 gega, after a month the mobile stopped charging . I went to the Nokia care store located in Mosadek st, then it was supposed to be repaired on their expense as it was not a misuse defect and it took them more than 10 days to repair it then after 2 days of receiving my mobile it stopped charging again and i contacted the call center and told them that i want to replace my phone, they asked to me go to the store again so they can make sure that its the same defect and they will... read full review »
