Today at 1:40 pm I left my doctor's office to call in a refill on an RX that I was to take again. I drove from Batavia, thru Geneva to St. Charles to pick up lunch and back to the Walgreens in Geneva as it was on my way. I was put on hold constantly with only one human response to my call to hold and she would check to see if the medication was available.
