I had a remote repaired when they shipped it back ups left it no one has been able to figure out where. The email said they left it at the front door. My building is secured so if they really delivered it anybody could take it. This is the second time in 3-4 months this has happened. 140 dollars i don't have to replace it. To leave a package out where anyone can get it dosent seem like good judgement. Do i have any recourse? read full review »
