On December 26, 2008 I ordered DVD's from TVDVDMania.com. Although I received a confirmation email, I have not yet received the DVD's. On December 27 (the very next day) they charged my credit card. I have called the number listed on my credit card (7782828099) but there is no answer. I have gone back to the website and emailed them three different times through the "contact us" option.
