Submitted to the BBB! I was working with the company to get my home loan modified..etc I spoke with an employee, Purelight Allah who was helping me. He asked that I fax/email several doucments in which I did. A few days later I recieved a letter stating that my account would close since I didn't provide all the necessary paperwork. In addtion, I recieved NO doucmentation on what I was getting help with.
