Hi - I was hoping you could help me. I went into Csl on the first weekend of september to buy a sofa... I found one I liked and explained to the sales man that I needed a firm sofa as I suffered from back problems... he took me to a more expensive suite and persuaded me to take that instead. I also explained that my passage way would be a bit difficult to get the larger sofa in - but he also told me that 'there would be no problem'... 3 weeks later my sofas arrived.
