It happened to me too. Don't believe when they tell you over the phone that they will email you a cancellation confirmation message because when they do email you it specifies Not to email them back. Even when you try to reply to the email address, it will send you to a totally off wedpage that looks more like a myspace. page. When I tried going back to the original message I was unable to find it. It seems when I clicked on "reply" (after it told me not to reply) it actually erased it!!!
