Dear All, Thanks for this website. I am planning to buy a flat in Bangalore, regarding this i had visited several builders, promotors everyone extended me good reception, nice talkings, good offers etc. Before taking a final call i had framed the below questions and asked them to reply by email and informed them then only i came over there for final negotiation.
