We purchased a mattress and chair last week. It was to be delivered on Thursday between 1 - 4 pm but didn't show up till after 6:3opm after I took the afternoon off work to receive the shipment. Then it turned out they sent the wrong mattress and wrong coloured chair too, so I went to the store the next day to verify what mattress I had ordered and they said they would call me at home right away with the delivery and I stressed that I needed it the next day because I had already thrown out my old mattress.
