This complaint is about Airtel Broadband for being unprofessional and for not being consumer friendly. I urgently needed broad band connection as I was supposed to work from home for a month. I requested for Airtel connection on 28th of August 2009 by calling the Customer Care. Initially I got a response that currently there is no connectivity in my area, so I started looking for other service providers.
