I made a booking on this website on 28th Sep'09 with my debit card. This resulted in one error page (coz they have a buggy web design). Thinking my booking was not done, i used my credit card to avail their services. I found out later that money was deducted from both my credit and debit cards. I called back immediately and the person assured me that the money would be credited back within 24hrs. I return from my vacation after 10 days and the money is still not credited back.
