I sent xmas gifts to Spain, a parcel containing; plastic children's jewelry, 6 x coffee coasters and a toy handbag. The parcel together is worth less than 10 Euros... the Spanish want 120 EUROS extra to deliver it! Absolutely disgusting! This is the 2nd time DHL have done this to me, the first time they wanted 300 Euros to deliver a iPod Nano!! I accepted that as a mistake I made shipping it - now I am convinced they are experts in extortion, opposed to shipping. Clearly, looking at all the other complaints about their extortive activities I am not alone. read full review »
