I approved a $3.95 charge to my credit card for the CD. Have never received CD and never approved any other charges by them on my credit card. I have been billed $78.76 last month and this month for services I am not receiving. I am now going to be short on my electric bill because of these charges and because I have not been able to work due to illness. I also don't understand why it took so long for these charges to hit the account because I requested the CD during the summer and because I never received it, I forgot about it.
