I bought a Toshiba Laptop "A100-ta9" with a 3 year replacement warranty that i was told. After a little while it quit working so i took it back to the store and they gave me the runaround, telling me i had to phone their head office when i talked to the head office they told me i had not bought the right warranty. this is a runaround by Staples head office and the store in PrinceAlbert, Sask.
