Paid roomnet.com for holel in Palma, Majorca on 2nd August. When I arrived on 21st September of course the hotel had not been paid for. The hotel managed to contact somebody on my behalf who spoke English whom I presume represented Roomsnet.com and told me to claim against my credit card company. Sent them a cheeky email and they replied promising me a refund within 15 days. Needless to say no money has arrived. My own feeling is that this company will go into liquidation if it has not done so already. At least will help to claim from my credit card company. read full review »
