I was given a Gift voucher to purchase an on-line item. When the gift card was purchased in store the question "can this be used on -line" was specifically asked and was told "yes". However, with several trips into the store and several contact numbers given, no gift vouchers can be used on-line. Although the store still have no idea of this and are selling Gift cards with the promise that items can be purchased from their on-line store.
