I had an unauthorized credit card charge for $16.95 wih "PRIME TIME SAVINGS 866-2231555 CA" in the description. I called the phone number listed and the woman answered it as "Customer Service". I asked the woman about the charge and how they got my credit card info. She said it was when I made an online purchase from a different website on Dec 1st, after I finished purchasing it, I clicked on a free $10 rebate button and filled out my name and mailing info.
