myself and daughter were stuck in Gran canaria during the volcano problem, we were transferred to another hotel to have everyone in the same place when our flight was to go. Why is it when you pay money upfront for goods that they cannot give you the money back right away? they are quick enough to take. I have been a customer of Next retails UK for many years and usually shop on line but this last couple of months the customer service has been terrible. I ordered good to be delivered with a dc of about 4.oo pounds, it never came they told me it was because of the wrong address! but i had delivery 2 weeks before. Booked 2 night stay in a Travelodge Glasgow Central at the end of November, its was disgusting, the room was cold smelt of stale urine the sheets were filthy and as for the bathroom lets not go there. To top all that we had people in the next two rooms who were shouting swearing until 5am! they were very dodgy indeed we could not call reception as there is no phone in the room, anyway there was noone at reception the door was locked at 10pm what does that tell you. I too was stung by the outfit over 5 months ago and had to cancel my card so they could not steal anymore of my cash. What i would like to know is when oh when are this outfit going to be caught, in the UK they have just stopped over 100, 000 fraudulent companies from trading on the internet, however this company seem to be getting off, they continue to steal peoples money and it dont matter is their old, sick, or poor they will drain you dry There SCUM!!! read full review »

they are at it again!!! as you can see if you are on the complaintsboard site there is an advert for idol white alias dazzewhite dazzle pro pristine health they are changing their names all the time now to avoid getting caught and they will all take your money they advertise on msn and many others DONT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!! ahhhhhhhhh thats better!!! read full review »

i have been reading on the internet about this scam, this company advertise a free sample of dazzlewhite with only the shippment to pay for that is how they get your account number, i then noticed a sum of £58.00 coming off my account i contacted my bank and found out it was a company called Pristine Health i did not authorise this i have now had to cancel my card please can you stop this scam there appears to be many others suffering. read full review »
