I had purchased a car make no magna AT from SAMTA Hyundai Karnal. In the name of Dr SARAH AGGARWAL HN 359 sector 13 Kurukshetra.vide invoice number at H200900605 dated 1.10.09. As per the company policy an insurance note by united India insurance company was issued to me. The amount of sum insured Was rupees 3, 78, 095. The cover note number was 431858. The invoice mentioned the car amount to be 422094. I returned the insurance note to Mr. JOGINDER the sales Person based at SAMTA HYUNDAI kkr on 8.10 09.
