I paid money to download Nero 9 software. Instead I got a file sharing system which just give addresses of sites to get free shareware or trials. I still have not been able to down laod anything and cannot contact the company via e-mail. My credit company has given me thier address in California, I have sent a letter but had but had no reply. I have virtually given up on getting money back. read full review »
