I recently was inspecting a 2002 BMW convertible for damage. While leaning in the backseat the driver seat had came back trapping me between the lock pillar on the left quarter panel and the driver side seat. I was alone and if not the help of a good Samaritan would have suffocated from the pressure being put on my chest and neck being pinned between the roof, headrest and seat.
