Placed an order with them they clearly stated that they will ship it in 1-2 days and delivery within a week, its 3 weeks and they haven't shipped it yet. Now they are not letting my cancel it either, they keep saying that it will take 1 day or 2 day to cancel and in mean time if we ship it you must accept it. i waited for 2 days still same story to wait another 1 or 2 day and so on and so forth. I have filed a complain with FTC. I SEE THAT THERE ARE TONS OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS WE SHOULD ALSO RAISE FORMAL COMPLAINT TO FTC.GOV. so no one else go through this. read full review »
