Ordered trial product on 12/9/08. Did not receive product however was charged the $3.95 for trial offer S&H. I called on 12/29/08 and cancelled any further product however on 1/2/09 was charged $87.13. I called again on 2/9/09 and was assured that the refund was in process and would take 7-10 business days from my cancellation on 12/29/08. As of today (1/17/09) I have not received the refund. I called again today to complain about the situation and also to ask for a refund of the $3.95 on the trial offer that I never received. read full review »
