Dr. Sophia Lam is a highly knowledgeable, authentic, and most importantly incredibly effective chiropractor. I’ve gone here over six times now for a shoulder muscle injury that seized up my muscles and dramatically reduced my range of motion. I’ve been debating about going to a ortho, getting an MRI, etc. Thank goodness I instead opted to try Dr. Lam first, and she saved me a lifetime of repeated surgeries and pain.
