For last two months, since I purchased Reliance net connect broadband plus USB modem, it has been proven a nightmare expreience. The customer care and billing department are just annoying when contacted to correct the bill. Un-fair business practices include: 1. Activating wrong data-plan instead of the one requested at the time of purchase. 2.
