Hi, I applied for a new gas connection with the documents demanded by the nanda gas agency, at saligramam, chennai. A registered post was supposed to be sent by the gas agency to my residential address within 10 days. After two weeks, when I went to the gas agency and enquired about the non-receipt of the post, the people working as employees instructed me to go to Vadapalani post office, asking me to collect the Post which according to them, has returned back to post office.
