I am not aware of a single project that has fulfilled all the promises it made and complies to the law and rules of the government departments. Promises made on paper, signed by authorised officials, are flouted with musle and money power. Beware. Check with a couple of the prior purchasers, who are living in their projects. Develop your network to find out about the actual status / situation instead of believing in the references given by them - such referees will give good reference under duress, and you will not know.
