This is the most inept company I have ever dealt with. I have tried to make my mortgage payments on time every month using on line banking, over the phone direct withdrawal, and check. When a file is out on someone's desk they can't seem to accept payment and want to pile on late charges that are unmerited. The people who answer the phone are very polite..they are in India, I believe, but they don't communicate with each other, they will not call if they think there is a problem and if you can get a written response from them... read full review »
