I brought my brand new wedding dress there to be cleaned because the very bottom was dirty form me trying it on all the time in the store and at home. I asked her about EVERYTHING, including if all the beading would be ok, about discoloration, rips/tears, etc. because I didn't want the dress to be dry cleaned if something could possibly happen to it.
