On my first ever trip through a Taco Bell drive-through, I ended up paying more than $50 for a single burrito. The attendant handed me the burrito and a credit card receipt for $3.78. But when I checked my account, he had also run two additional charges in the neighborhood of $24.75 each. I called the store and was told the assistant manager on duty was "too busy" to talk to me.
