I have one account which I have set up for an automated payment. I have been trying to add another account on. I contact them to tell then that I can't do it. So the women walked me through all steps and I was unable to get anywhere. I said I should be allowed to get into my accounts. But No I can't so I asked her if I make a payment over the phone since your site is messed up she told me I would be charges $10.00. WHY! It is not late and it will not cost them athing since I can do it from my computer on my first account FREE... This is bull shit and all needs to stop... read full review »
