My wife, my son and I visited the Jefferson City MO location earlier this evening. No waitress was assigned to our table so we had to wait, after 45 minutes waitress finally came to our table and said they could not fill our order, they substituted another item which was poor quality. My food was overcooked, the burger was hard as a rock. We will not go back, we will make sure others know the poor service at this location. We have been to other locations where food and service was good. This place needs a lot of work, quickly. We will think a long time before going back. We spend several hundred dollars a month eating out. read full review »
