DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is a scam!! I bought a pair of Ugg's (or so I thought they were Ugg's), and wasn't satisfied with the color. I've now emailed them 4 times over 3 weeks on how to make an exchange and have n ot heard a reply yet. The package was sent with no packing slip and absolutely no return instructions or labels! Their website has no phone number on how to reach them, and only allows you to type a message. They will not respond and now I'm stuck with a pair of boots I don't want!
