My sister and I have purchased some sarees from utsazsarees.com which promised 21 days delivery. After 25 days, we have emailed them and complained that the status is the same which is "order in process". Utsaz customer service replied that they did not get any information from Oder department and requested to choose another saree instead of return of payment.
