I find their service absolutely unexeptable! I got a brand new Nokia, 3 weeks later I couldn't make or receive any calls. Took my phone in and it suddenly needed a software upgrade? So I had a case of fraud and the info I needed to open my case was on that phone. When realising that - the very same day I handed it in I called the shop seven times to ask them not to send it in yet and nobody answers the phone, and when they do they put me on hold for ages only to get cut off!!
