I recently contacted wells fargo about getting a home loan for an investment property. Me and My wife were approved for the process and began paying appraisals and inspections and what not it came down to the last few weeks before closing and they said they couldent close because we had cash for the closing and 20 percent down.. I dont know but this seems like and unfair and illegal tactic that should be dealt with accordingly .. I had cash so I wasnt allowed to get a loan...
