I am interested in receiving responses to any consumer who currently has a mortgage with the Halifax/HBOS and who pay their house contents and or buildings insurance through them! The reason I ask is that last year we finished paying off our mortgage (which had buildings insurance linked) and for the past 12 years have never received any flyers from them on this subject.
