Don't be fooled into ordering consumer electronics from Pixmania; they may be £1 or £5 cheaper, but you'll pay for it in the end. I ordered a portable hard drive in February when I got a new laptop. it was defective, so I returned it and asked for a replacement or a refund. It's now June and I'm still waiting for it!!! For weeks, they sent emails saying they were "attending to it." Then, three weeks ago, they claimed they had already posted it to me. But I'm still waiting.
