We bought our plane tickets from San Francisco to Manila through Mango Tours in Newark California since June of this year. Our flight is October 15, 2009 and today October 14 we went to mango Tours where we purchased our tickets to buy another ticket for my sister in law when I noticed that there is a note by the wall and it was highlighted so I asked my husband to go and read.
