I was billed for a PPV on june 10 which i have records i was in Texas at the time tried to explain to service rep got no response except when my box was exchanged they found that it had a order on it and I told them that I never watch fights so why is this charge on my bill then the young lady (Jean) told me we must just take her word for it, so I ask why don't you take my word Ihave been with the company for over 5 years. Ithink with all the competition out there they would have a better way of satisfying their customers. read full review »
