i had recharged my cell phone with RS289 gprs pack which provide free browsing and 125 mb free data download.this service activates within 2 days after you recharged your phone but in my case it took 3 days and this is all due their customer care executives.After 3 days when the service is started it costs me unless it is free of cost and when i call the customer care none of them was able to solve problem.when i told them please took my complain and give me the complain number all of them told that sorry we could not able update your... read full review »
