A charge appeared on my credit card in September in the amount of $12.00 from Complete Savings. Rather that go directly to the telephone numer that appeared after the charge, I contacted my credit card company. They asked me to call Complete Savings. I said "No, I want to contest the charge." The credit card company called Complete Savings, and with the 3 of us on the phone together, Complete Savings stated they would credit the charge and there would not be any additional charge.
