I too was fooled by this scam. I put in my details for the apparent one off payment and they charged me for the $1.95 or whatever it was then they started taking out about $50-60 each month. I went to my bank and their fraud dept were looking into it and refunded me the money for 3months worth. Then because the payments were refunded to me I got an email from cpipay saying that the amount wasnt paid and gave me the option to unsubscribe which i emailed them back saying i wasnt happy they were taking my money and I wanted them to stop it.
