This nightmare started with one Free trial sample from Dazzle White, which also included a free membership with two other companies, Body Fitness and a Consumer Coupon company (neither were companies I signed up with for anything). It has been three months since the first unauthorized charges first appeared. I have continually shown cancellation confirmations to receive refunds for the past 2 months, each were from a different company all claiming to have been a part of the original Dazzle White promotion.
